I believe really good food should taste good and feel good after you eat it. It should work as hard for your body as you do to acquire it.
I’m fascinated by the human connection to nourishment, nutrition, and food – and, more importantly, the disconnect between these things. As humans, we are intricately affected by the food we put in our bodies yet often don’t take the time to remember that or make time to make it important.
